Ready to hang?

You have the option to purchase a piece ready to hang. Our artists will be happy to stretch and frame your piece to fit your taste and budget.

Artwork Appearance

Although we make every effort to provide you with the most accurate representation of the artworks, your device and/or computer settings may differ from ours and will ultimately determine your virtual experience in our site as well as the appearance of the artwork you are viewing. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the exact color match for your piece.


Order Acceptance & Cancellation

eGallerist is only bounded by the sell once your order is confirmed by us. You may cancel an order placed online within 24 hours by emailing us at sales@egallerist.com.


Dispatch

We will dispatch your artwork once the artist confirms the availability of the piece and we obtain information with regards to shipping cost; and we receive payment for such costs.

If the artwork you purchase is no longer available for reasons beyond our control, you will be notified immediately and if payment has been processed, you will be fully refunded.


Shipping costs & Custom fees

Shipping cost will depend on your location and the artist’s location. Since all paintings are shipped from the artists’ studios/galleries, shipping cost will be billed separately. If the artwork is shipped from overseas, you will be responsible for import duties/customs fees (when applicable) which will also be billed separately.

Please note that Norberto Noschang's price include shipping and duty costs if the piece is sold unframed and rolled.

Shipping time: 5-7 days for domestic and 10-15 days for international


Return & Refund

All returns are at the artist’s discretion therefore pieces sold by eGallerist will only be refunded if the return is approved by the artist.

Commissioned pieces cannot be returned.

 

Payment

We require payment of the artwork and delivery costs in advance prior to dispatch. Import duties when applicable will be billed separately.

At this time, we accept PayPal, ShopPay, GooglePay, ApplePay, Venmo and checks as forms of payment.
